Anyone drinking molecular hydrogen rich water? A friend of mine bought a water bottle that turns regular water into hydrogen rich water. She’s been drinking this water for several months and swears by it. She says she has more energy, recovers easily from physical exercise, and her senses are heightened.

The water bottle is distributed by a MLM. I thought it was a new thing. But I researched and was surprised to see how popular molecular hydrogen rich water is.

I’ll usually an early adopter of stuff like this but I’m hesitant because the long-term effects are not known.

Is there anyone drinking this stuff? What has your experience been?

Also reposting this: I finished my 30 days of hydrogen tablets. Can’t say that I noticed a significant difference. My chiropractor asked me if I lost a lot weight because my spine felt bonier. Perhaps the hydrogen helped me lose weight/inflammation?...

Which diet is best? Which diet do you believe is the best for overall human health?

I’ve done a million and one ways of eating, and I’ve currently landed on prioritizing protein, fiber, and colors (diverse veggies).

I’m interested to hear more from others on your dietary choices, recommendations, opinions, or research that you believe speaks to the best diets.

Also, there are many use cases- clarify what you’re aiming for. Building muscle, losing weight, living a long time, reducing inflammation, having a good time, etc.

I try for at least 100g protein a day (120g is better) from mostly vegetarian sources. I supplement with powders. I will not get near these numbers unless I track my intake. I believe even the 100g can result in muscle loss....

What antioxidant supplements are you taking? What’s your view of antioxidant supplements? I hear don’t take them near a workout and that makes sense. What about at all?

Antioxidants donate an electron to unstable cells. What doses are too high and cause unstable cells?

What are you taking yourself? How did you decide?

I don’t know much about this stuff-but I read Roger Walsh years ago do a meta-analysis and says fish oil (especially cod?) was the only supplement at the time that had a good scientific track record of doing anything specific in terms of daily use....

Yes, I have spirulina+chlorella tablets that I forget to take. :-) Yeah, I think they do a lot of other good stuff. I heard this guy on youtube say high doses of antioxidant supps create reactive oxygen species and cause disease....

We take spirulina, not sure if that counts as an antioxidant supplement. It’s definitely great for our immune system and digestion, probably for other stuff too! Have you taken it?
